We do not offer profiles for our press printed products. You will want to submit your files as flattened jpgs in sRGB. Two of our ordering programs, Miller's Press and Remote Studio Suite, offer the option to create your layouts in the software and all of your images are then delivered to us individually, which allows us to color correct each image on each page. If you choose to submit predesigned files, these will need to be flattened and we would only be able to do an overall color correction, so it would be up to you to make sure the images are color balanced within the file.

Either way, we look at the images before they are printed and then the printed pages are reviewed again for overall color and printing quality.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. While we try very hard to catch not only our mistakes but our customers' as well, things do indeed get past that are not always what our customers are expecting from us.

I took a look at the order in question and while you did indeed order it wrong maybe we should have questioned that blank back cover???

I have called and left a message at your studio so if you would please call me back we can discuss what we can do together to rectify the situation.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I was told I should have done it right! Not knowing you actually have to use 24 sides...

Now I am stuck with ten books that look ridiculous... out

$150 and still not knowing what I did wrong... that is not

good customer service... nor is it 100% guarantee... So sorry my first comment is not Kudos...

Usually the line quality is low as it goes over satellite or under oceans, the language compatibility is even lower! A well organized time frame to get on board with new digital software, and learn more efficient ways to post process your files. Gene does a great job of walking you through the software and answering everyones questions, which are often your own. Before these digital classes were being offered by Millers, I had no access to this type of information. Things are moving much quicker and smoother these days, and I will contribute much of that to Millers online digital classes. It is a real treasure. Thanks for the help!
