The Next Big Thing...

In a few short hours, we will be releasing the new and improved millerslab.com.  With a new look and layout, we’re hoping you’ll find that it’s easier to use, provides more information, and is of course, aesthetically-pleasing.  Because we’ll be transitioning from the old site to the new at midnight tonight, there may be periodic outages for 1 – 2 hours.  Please refrain from uploading during that time.  We appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy!  Here's a screenshot of the new homepage:

The link from the Millers Press Quick order page to the pricing info is linked to the wrong page.

Thought I could help with that information.

Anyone know how to find the price quote page for multiple reproductions?

Russell,

In the customer area click on Lab Link under the Customer Assistance area. Then look to the bottom of the Lab Link area and you will find Quantity Pricing there.

Thank you!

Hi Chris -

If you log in and click on Customer Area (top right), you'll see Lab Link under Online Assistance in the left navigation.  Just click on it and you'll have access to everything from order inquiry to invoice summary.

Thanks!

Julie

I wanted to make sure that I had the most up to date price list and came to find a whole new site. I think that the site looks good, however functionality has changed a fair bit. I found pricing but I like to have the pdf because I can look through it off-line. That doesn't appear to be available anymore. I feel like everything is in a different place, which slows my ordering process. I also need to download the latest digital undergrad, I have no idea where that is now. I also miss the color coded areas (left column) because you if you were going to the right place just by the color. If a change like this is necessary I would highly recommend an email to all clients of the change as well as a URL showing a guide to where all of the new features are located as well as where all of the old features have been re-located. Thanks for letting me give my opinion.

Ken,

Pricing for all "specials" is located at:

www.millerslab.com/.../specials.aspx

Can almost certainly click to it from another direction too, but I got there from the Customers Area (after login) by clicking "Pricing", then by clicking "Specials", both on the left side menus.

The new look is looking great! -  Is it possible that you could put what gets processed at which lab on the site? Pittsburgh and Columbia?  I constantly forget which site I need to upload files to...

Hi Enephoto -

Lab information can actually be found in the Customer Area.  Just click on General Information in the left navigation to see a listing of which lab orders should be shipped to.

Thanks,

Julie Brown

I love the new site and very easy to navigate! Great job!

One comment though. The font used on the site as well as emails sent out is very hard to read on my computer. All the letters are distorted and makes it very very difficult to read. Don't know what the font is, but please consider changing it.
