I love some of the new products, but our studio works only with Macs.  Is there any way to order without your PC based software?  Does any one else have this issue?

E-mail customer service (custserv@millerslab.com) and they should be able to help you with a short-term solution (on the albums/books especially).

We are also working on a web-based program similar to press quick order as a longer-term solution.  Similarly, press-quick order will be updated to include new products/options as we can.

Amy, I use Macs only for our studio work too.  Another workaround takes some extra work & an added expense, but it's worth it in the end if you want to be able to run the Remote Studio on your Mac.

If you have one of the Intel-based Macs and purchase either of the virtual desktop software from VMware or Parallels, then you can run a Windows Operating System on your Mac at the same time as your Mac OS.  You do have to purchase a Windows operating system for it to work though, like Windows XP.  

Anyway, if it's worth the trouble for you to go through all that & research those routes, then you can run Remote Studio on your Macs at some point.  Hope that helps.

Anyone know when the Premium cover options as well as metallic/B&W paper options will be available for the albums?  Right now you can only choose leather color and Layflat, Flush or both.

You can currently order both premium covers and metallic/B&W options on Flush Mount Hinged & Panorama Albums in the software.  If ordering a LayFlat Album along with a Flush Mount, the software is correct as well.

There is a bug where Custom Canvas & Glossy covers for LayFlat Albums & Books and is not available.  We’re working on a fix for that and a few other issues that have popped up, hoping to have the fix available early next week.    The other premium covers (Brushed Copper, Brushed Aluminum, Etched Aluminum, and Crystal Clear) are only available on the Flush Mount Hinged and Panorama Albums.  We can work around any of these issues until the software bug is fixed, please call Customer Service at 800-835-0603 for more assistance.

Thanks Joyce!  We are looking at purchasing a new laptop, and will keep that in mind.  I just wish there was en easier, less expensive option.
