These templets are really nice but WOW they are way over priced!!! As a devoted Miller's customer I am disapointed that you are not offering these free to your professional photographers.  With all the competition and economic hardships we all are facing as professionals WE NEED A BREAK!!! You are offering any and everyone the same services as you offer us through MPIX. Is it just about money to you now?

I also can not believe the price of these templates. You should be giving these to us!!! I'm very disappointed. I have gone to another lab this year for my Christmas Cards.

Karen and Jill,

We're sorry you feel this way.  From our research, the Design Market templates are extremely competitive when considering the quality of professional designs included here.

Thanks,

Julie Brown

Julie,

Thanks for responding. I do understand the quality, because I purchase designs from some of the best designers in the country. I just would have appreciated a discount.

Thanks,

I agree,  the price is very high.   Why are the album design templates free, but the cards so extremely high? I looked at the free templates that are available, but those don't compare to what most customers are wanting these days.  I also agree with the post above about Mpix.  The products that once only a professional photographer had are now easily available to anyone at a very low cost.  Mpix offers more selections than Millers on Pic a pac products.

I have tried other labs for prints and would have to say that I have yet to find one that compares with Millers.  So for that I am still thankful for Millers.

Thanks,

Amy

Just ordered two templates and just wanted to say thanks!

Are you going to be releasing new designs in the future or is this it?  If so, are they all going to be just greeting card designs?

Thanks!

(By the way, I don't mind the price so much since I'm not a designer and could not have created these myself.  The price is negligible for me considering how much use I'll be able to get out of them!  Thanks!)

With the album templates, they're simply layouts.  You still have to design the album.  The card templates are ready to go as soon as you download them.  You just have to drop in your images and change the text.  We've had many requests for templates over the past couple of years and felt that bringing on professional designers was the best way to deliver quality templates to our customers.

Secondly, while Mpix does provide a few Pic-a-Pac products, the Miller's line is much more developed and includes ordering software that caters to the sports/events shooters.  Even better, we continue to add new Pic-a-Pac products each year.  Please take a minute to browse:  www.millerslab.com/.../picapacdef.aspx.

Thanks,

Julie Brown

Hi Gaines,

We're actually hoping to release a few more holiday card templates as early as tomorrow.  We'll also be extending the gallery to other Miller's products in the future.  Stay tuned!

Thanks,

Julie Brown
