  Winter weather is hitting the Midwest again, so FedEx and our other carriers have informed us they'll be leaving earlier than normal today in their effort to stay ahead of the ice & snow.   Ice and snow are in our area again, with the Pittsburg area in icy conditions since early this morning. As a result, FedEx and the other carriers will be leaving earlier than normal tonight, so they can try to stay ahead of the weather themselves. Although...
