We continue to make enhancements to our FREE appointment manager, designed specifically for professional photographers. book{m} provides you with all of the necessary tools to easily organize your studio schedule and accept client appointments online. With new features available, you can now also:

Send an additional reminder email. We’ve added a third email that can be scheduled just a few hours after your client books an appointment. You input the number of hours, and we’ll automatically send a verification message at the selected time. You can also customize the text in your emails with specific information about their appointment.

Collect more information about your client, including their address, city, state and zip code. Use this information to build or update your current client list. If your client has provided a cell phone number, we will even send a Short Message Service (SMS) reminder the day before the scheduled appointment.

Synchronize your book{m) schedule to your mobile device or calendar program through Google Calendar. If you don't already have one, simply create an account with Google Calendar, syncing it with both book{m} and your mobile device or calendar.

Export important customer information. Build a marketing list of your existing client base using book{m}'s new export feature. Book{m} will generate a CSV file with the name, phone number, and email address of your clients, filtered by either "All" for a comprehensive list or by specific "Service" type.

Determine session time increments. For added flexibility, choose from 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60 minute session increments.

Utilize new options for services within a selected schedule. With our new "Reorder Services," arrange the services you offer in the sequential order that you want. Use "Import Services" to pull services from a previously-created schedule into a new one. Our new "Set Weekly Services" function allows you to set a permanent or special service type to be offered to clients on a certain day or time of each week.
