I keep hearing how great you are and would love to use you exclusively. But with 2 different customers I tried to load pictures. One I tried to load 4 or5 times in different ways. I gave up on your company. When I am very busy, I can't afford to spend hours just trying to figure out your system. If I ever get it going, I'm sure I would be a good customer for you and you would be a good lab for me.

Hi Dick, just read your column and want to tell you with out a doubt, as far as I am concerned, and being a Miller's customer for over 30 years now.....you as a lab are by far the "best in the business". In over 30 years I think I have only returned an order perhaps 3 times at the most and if I recall correctly at least 2 of those times were because I didn't provide you with the correct information to begin with. Now being semi-retired and not sending orders to the lab with the frequency I used to, I still receive the best service in the industry as far as i'm concerned. Any time you want a reference from a more than satisfied client, put my name on your list.....thanks, not only from a customer and client but one who also considers you a friend ...Johnie L. Cook... Charles, The negs are scanned on our Fuji negative scanner at 300ppi.

Tom, no, unfortunately we don't have a place where pros can sell their equipment.

do you offer a spot somewhere that pros can sell there equipment...I have 2 Bronica SQA's with prisms and couple of lenses and also several nikon 35's i.e. fm2, fe etc

We started using Miller's to scan and print our film based images for seniors a few years ago, and "Hybrid" has saved us retouching and especially print finishing costs. We have since switched most of our film images to this hybrid method with great results. It is a great way to go!

Whew.....for a moment I thought you were going to discontinue processing and printing film....which I really love so much better than digital......maybe because I am a "dinosaur" & just can't get what I want from digital without spending hours on the computer, I keep going back to film. Thank you so much for still doing film!!!!! And yes...YOU ARE THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY.

This sounds great, but I usually expect more info in a blog post from Millers. This seems more like a puff of smoke. When you have actual INFO to share, then post...this is just a waste of space and time.
